Founder-grade product & strategy operator. I've started companies, run a fund, and built the marketing, the brand and the code when there was no one to hand it to.

Most people are great at one thing and need a team for the rest. I'm effective because I'm genuinely good at the whole stack — strategy, product, brand, GTM, even the build. Which means I move fast, I don't get blocked waiting on hand-offs, and I lead teams that can't bluff me.

My spike is
product &
strategy.

I think like an investor, build like a founder, and sell like a marketer. That combination is rare, and it's exactly what early-stage and 0→1 teams are starving for.

I don't write strategy decks that gather dust. I pressure-test the idea, define the wedge, sequence the roadmap, and stay in the room until it's live and working.

My natural habitat

The person
who figures
it out.

I can talk to founders, clients, designers, developers, marketers, lawyers, investors, and users — and translate between all of them. That makes me useful in companies where things are moving fast, priorities are unclear, and someone needs to bring structure, speed, and ownership.

01

Bias to ship

I move fast without cutting corners. Speed comes from clarity and preparation — not from skipping quality. I ship things that work and that I'm proud of.

02

Grit, not drama

German engineering values, founder stamina. I take ownership, I finish what I start, and I don't need babysitting.

03

Full-stack range

I can do the work in every lane — so I unblock teams, fill gaps fast, and make decisions with real context.

AI Workflows

What I bring
to the table.

Not a skill cloud. Structured by the value each area creates.

EXECUTION

I don't just manage projects. I move them.

Speed without sloppinessI move fast by removing friction, not by cutting corners. Structure first, then velocity.
Strategy that shipsI don't produce strategy documents that sit in Notion. I produce strategies that become systems, tools, and launched products.
AI as infrastructureI treat AI as operational infrastructure, not a novelty. It's built into how I work, not bolted on.

Strong fit if you need someone who can:

  • Take ownership without constant supervision
  • Structure messy projects with no obvious owner
  • Work across teams and disciplines
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people
  • Move fast with limited resources
  • Use AI practically, not just talk about it
  • Think strategically but still execute hands-on

Probably not the right fit if:

  • You need someone who only follows fixed instructions
  • You need a narrow specialist who stays in one lane
  • You have a highly structured corporate environment with no appetite for change
  • You need someone who waits for perfect conditions before moving

Where I'm
looking
to land.

I'm especially interested in roles at the intersection of product, strategy, and AI — where ownership matters more than hierarchy and speed matters more than perfection.

I'm looking for my next 0→1 challenge — a team that wants to move fast and ship real things. If that's you, let's talk.
